Windham Woods School is offering the incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team of educators! Surrounded by 250 wooded acres and housed in state-of-the-art, green-energy buildings, Windham Woods School serves approximately 200 students with a variety of learning needs. Our collaborative working environment supports the growth of our students and our staff. Our class sizes of 10 or less, allow for individualized, hands-on instruction and meaningful outdoor experiences.

  • We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated reading teacher to join our staff. You must exude energy and enthusiasm for your work. You must have deep background knowledge in current reading intervention programs and strategies. Knowing that well-developed literacy skills allow students the ability to access curriculum, we are committed to providing appropriate and targeted interventions to help students reach their potential.

    The reading teacher will be working with small groups to help develop literacy skills including, but not limited to:

    • Decoding
    • Fluency

  • We are seeking responsible, caring, and friendly drivers to transport our students to and from WWS campus each day for the 2024-2025 school year. Most pick up and drop off locations occur in the Massachusetts area.

    Responsiblities include morning and afternoon transportation in a school van, communication with children and families, maintaining a clean vehicle, occassional school field trips, and scheduled on campus meeting with the transportation team.
